Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are shipped within 5 business days from the time of purchase. IMPORTANT: Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days, so the processing time is calculated only from Monday to Friday.

Product Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without the need to provide any reason. To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetic products that have been opened or whose original packaging has been tampered with. This means that if the protective seals have been removed, the product is not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

IMPORTANT: In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our online store does not cover the cost of shipping for returned goods, so please send the product back at your own expense to the address provided below.
