Sometimes nail techs don’t need another
“quick nail training”.
They need someone to finally explain everything properly

Why one client can wear BIAB perfectly and another needs hard gel.
Why retention problems happen.
Why products are not “bad” ..
they’re just used on the wrong nail type
Why technique matters more than trends.

That’s exactly what we do during my trainings.

After 9 hours, everything starts making sense.
You stop feeling lost between products, methods and TikTok advice, and you finally understand what to use, when to use it, and why.

And honestly… that kind of mindset shift changes everything 💅 ...

Honestly, I probably wouldn’t even make this reel if I hadn’t spoken to Sławek first.

Because when it comes to chemistry, I’d rather listen to someone who actually has real knowledge and experience in that field than blindly repeat things from social media.

That’s why I decided to speak to Sławek, the owner of Excellent Pro, who is also a chemist and has huge knowledge when it comes to nail product chemistry.

And honestly?
What he explained to me only confirmed what I already believed myself.

Reminder !!!I am NOT a chemist. I’m a nail technician and educator. So if there’s a topic connected to chemistry, I’d rather learn from someone properly educated in it than repeat random internet opinions.

One thing he explained very clearly is this:

The products we work with ARE chemistry.
Whether they contain HEMA or alternative ingredients it is still chemistry.

The key is conscious and correct work with products.

Proper application.
Avoiding skin contact.
Correct curing.
Education.

There’s this huge fear around HEMA right now, but people forget that these ingredients are also used in many other industries ,including dentistry ,and suddenly nobody calls that “dangerous chemistry”

I just think our industry needs more real education and less panic.

And no HEMA FREE does not automatically mean safer.

Today’s training 🤍

Today we focused on modern soft tips
And honestly… I’m so proud.
Ruby is only 16 and this was already her third day training with me — and she’s a complete beginner❤️

This work? Just amazing for someone who’s only starting.

We still have a few more training days ahead of us…
and I already know this is just the beginning for her 🤍

She’s going to be an incredible nail technician❤️

Yesterday I had the pleasure of running a 1:1 training on new generation tip extensions 🤍

We worked with the new Cloud Mousse from the latest collection and honestly… the control and finish are just next level.

This was a full 9 hour training day
No rushing No shortcuts Just real learning

This is exactly why I love 1:1 trainings so much
because I can give my full attention to my student, adjust everything to her level, and actually TEACH… not just show

For me this is the most valuable kind of education.
Not the one where you just come for a certificate
but the one where you leave with real skills and confidence
