Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a technical refresher training in three methods for two amazing girls

We worked on BIAB application, electric file cuticle work, and I explained the differences between extensions on tips and forms, focusing on quick, salon-style techniques.
The girls learned so much and did an amazing job.

One thing I can honestly say after many years in this industry
I almost never have lifting.
And it always starts with the prep.
First of all, it’s very important to remove the entire previous set.
Don’t leave any old product on the nail.
Even a small piece of old gel can cause lifting later.
At the same time, be careful not to overfile the natural nail.
Preparation should be precise and gentle.
The goal is to clean the nail plate, not to damage it.
And one more thing that is just as important
regular appointments.
Clients should come back on time.
Waiting too long between appointments often leads to problems with the structure and retention.
Good nails always start with good preparation.
