Directions:

- Apply the powder to any top coat.
- If you want a smooth mirror finish, rub the powder into your chosen no-wipe top coat; we recommend Mirror Top.
- If you want a more intense effect, gently pat it into a top coat with a dispersion layer—we recommend Top 3D Expert.
- Use a silicone brush or sponge for this.
- Gently remove any excess product with a powder brush.
